Receiving her certification from the renown Bennett Career Institute in Washington DC, Joy continued to groom and tune her skills under the tutelage of celebrity makeup artist's such as Sam Fine, James Vincent, Danessa Myricks, Billy B, Valente Frazier and Lorena Simpson. Joy is based out of the Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia area but is available Nationwide.
